AMD Digital Grup este o societate privată cu capital românesc 100% înfiinţată în 2003. Îniţial au fost două magazine foto expres în Baia Mare. În 2008, din dorinţa de a găsi o alternativă laboratoarelor digitale foarte costisitoare, odată cu apariţia CISS-ului, s-a născut conceptul de PHOTOPrint-Lab-„Primul minilaborator foto dgital sub 1000 de Euro”. Astfel am devenit importatori şi distribuitor de CISS-uri, pigmenţi şi hârtie fotografică inkjet.
